Productive, Balanced, & Happy

"I noticed that your team seems to be so productive while remaining so balanced and happy, please share your strategy."

Many the leaders I work with are not considering the entire employment experience when attempting to create a productive, balanced, and happy work culture. It starts with the recruitment process and continues daily throughout employment. Communicate expectations throughout the entire process. There should be no surprises on day one or day one hundred.
